Subscriptions

You can subscribe monthly or annually. Credit card subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You’ll receive a reminder email one week before renewal with clear cancellation instructions. Purchase order subscriptions are one-time only and must be renewed manually. A 7-day free trial is included. Annual and monthly credit card plans are refundable within 30 days of sign-up.

Accounts

Each teacher needs their own account and accounts may not be shared. Community access is for teachers only and not included with “Lite” plans. Students do not need accounts — they use a password provided by their teacher.

Content Use

You’re licensing our resources for classroom use — you don’t own them. You may not share or post our materials publicly online. Student work created with ASB Classroom content can be shared only in private or protected settings such as a school server. Content may only be used for education and never for commercial purposes.

Community Rules

Be respectful and professional. No harassment, offensive content, or self-promotion is permitted. Violations may result in suspension or removal.

Privacy

We do not collect or store student data. We only collect teacher and administrator emails and billing information for account management. We use standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

Cancellations & Termination

Accounts may be cancelled for non-payment, misuse, or rule violations. No prorated refunds will be issued if your account is terminated.

Liability

We are not responsible for downtime, internet outages, or firewall issues, though we can provide a whitelist if needed. Our liability is capped at the total amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by Missouri law. Any disputes will go through mediation in Missouri first.

ASB Classroom Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 2, 2025

Welcome to ASB Classroom LLC ("ASB Classroom," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ASB Classroom’s website, subscription services, educational content, and community. By subscribing, creating an account, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

Users may purchase either an annual or monthly subscription. Annual and monthly subscriptions purchased via credit card are set to automatically renew unless cancelled. Subscribers will receive an email one week before renewal with a reminder and clear instructions on how to cancel. Cancellation is offered in a manner similar to signup. Subscriptions purchased via purchase order and paid by check or ACH are non-recurring without exception and are not eligible for grandfathered pricing. Renewals through purchase order will be processed within 2 weeks, with the new 12-month term beginning upon processing. Credit card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). For purchase orders, ASB Classroom will invite user(s) to the platform and issue an invoice within 14 business days. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice. Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be terminated. A 7-day free trial is available. After the trial, the card on file will be billed monthly or annually unless cancelled. Credit card subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 30 days of initial account creation. Refunds for purchase order or check payments are not guaranteed.

3. Accounts and Access

Accounts are for individual teachers and may not be shared. Each teacher’s subscription and community profile is linked to their own account. Subscriptions (excluding ASB Classroom Lite) include access to our private community. Users must not share community accounts. Students do not create accounts. Access is provided via a password distributed by the teacher. ASB Classroom does not collect or store student information or personally identifiable student data.

4. License and Permitted Use

Subscriptions grant a limited, non-transferable license to use ASB Classroom’s curriculum, videos, assignments, and other resources for educational purposes only. Users may not copy, redistribute, or publicly post ASB Classroom content outside their school. Users may upload or share student work created using ASB Classroom materials only in private or protected settings such as an internal school server or password-protected hosting. Content may not be used for commercial purposes.

5. Community Guidelines

Our community is designed for collaboration between teachers. By participating, you agree to treat all members respectfully, avoid harassment, inappropriate, or offensive content, not self-promote, solicit, or advertise products or services, and contribute only content appropriate for an educational environment. ASB Classroom may remove posts or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, videos, resources, assignments, and related materials remain the sole property of ASB Classroom LLC. Users receive a license to use content under these Terms but gain no ownership rights.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

ASB Classroom collects teacher, administrator, and billing information (such as emails and payment details) only for account management and billing purposes. ASB Classroom does not collect or store student data. Standard analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, may be used to monitor website usage.

8. Termination

Subscriptions may be terminated if an invoice is unpaid 30 days past due, a user breaches these Terms, or content is misused or community rules are violated. No prorated refunds will be issued upon termination.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ASB Classroom does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not responsible for downtime, internet outages, or access blocked by a school’s or district’s firewall. A whitelist of domains is available upon request. We make no warranties about educational outcomes or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASB Classroom’s liability is limited to the total fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes must first be addressed through good-faith mediation in Missouri before pursuing any further legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of ASB Classroom constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
